I offer Massage Therapy, in my private studio for regular massage clients & massage that travels to seniors.

I teach Yoga & facilitate conscious dance in my studio. I also run events for couples to connect more deeply & facilitate both 1-1 & group work for ancestral healing.
Tender Touch Mobile Massage is given to seniors in the Calgary area. I travel to the client's private home, seniors care centre, or hospice. Massages in the client's own bed, are done with the person lying on their side. Side-lying is conducive to alleviating pain, increasing circulation & cognitive connection. Unless otherwise specified massage sessions are done with skin-to-skin contact, so the person can receive the full benefit & experience of the massage. Tender Touch Massage Therapy offers relief for the client, as well as support for the family.
